Friday, May 6, 2016 - Slight oxidation on the nose, yet the colour is bright, palate has plenty of youthful acid and tannin. Still a bit closed, like 2005 Bordeaux one wonders if this will ever be complete, the core of acid is so tight.
Mercifully free of heavy handed oak.
13% ABV, sealed with cork.
