Sunday, November 23, 2014 - Very nice example of a Margaret River Cabernet. Purple with lightening to garnet at the rim. Nose shows dark fruit (currant, plum) with a distinctive note of eucalyptus. Same is echoed on the palate where the fruit meets a nicely integrated spine of acidity -- keeping the wine lighter on its feet. Tannins are well-integrated. Very nicely done--glad I have 2 left. Will probably wait 5 years for the next one as this still came across as very fresh.
