Wednesday, April 20, 2022 - This is stunning. Guessed it completely wrong coming from a huge Shiraz fan 🤣. 20042022 - blind night with MYS sifus at Butcher’s table. Voluptuous & sexy. Great depth of explosive but feminine dark fruit. Palate is filled with creamy notes of blackberries, blueberries and vanilla. Medium bodied wine with well balanced tannins, delicate minerality and layered finish. My Wine of the night
