Friday, December 9, 2022 - Decanted for about 2 hours and chilled slightly before tasting from a Riedel Oregon Pinot Noir glass. Rich, complex flavor profile with cocoa powder, strawberry, Bing cherry, and graphite. Aromas of oak and cherry are quite focused. An impressive wine.
