Palate showing pristine, crisp, purely delineated fruit just this side of sweet with a voluptuousness that belies its steely spine. Racy acidity and long, floral finish. Terrific with arugula topped with shaved parmesan and calarmari rings. Wow, paints a picture which hangs in the air long after swallowing.
