93 Points

Friday, June 23, 2023 - A private dinner (Restaurant Visqué, Amsterdam, NL): Inimitable style, immediately recognisable as Klaus-Peter Keller, palpable chalky minerality, crystalline expression, succulent fruit, delicately waxy, tingling acidity in spite of the warm vintage, harmonious and energetic, grippy minerality, excellent stuffing of fruit, long and flowing finish. I would have scored it higher if the aromatic expression had been more precise and layered. For now it is a bit monolithic. It probably needs time. Drink 2028+?
