Dinner at Coulisse (Amsterdam, NL): [Restaurant purchase] No detailed notes. Unexpectedly open and enjoyable given its age. Medium intensity on the nose, hint of petrol, just ripe tropical fruit, white peach, minerality. High acidity, very long finish. 93-94+

Shiny pale yellow-gold. Lime, green apple, unripe pineapple, passion fruit, exotic tropical fruits, hint of kerosene, and minerality. Searing acidity. Refreshing, elegant and layered. High tension on the palate like putting on after shave after a shave.
We saved 2/3 of a bottle for tasting next day. The energy and tension had dissipated slightly in exchange of more graceful, relaxed blossomed flowers dashed with honey. I would prefer to drink it the first day when the wine was more in an excited phase.

This was very open (even the somm was surprised, having experienced a totally closed bottle a few weeks ago). The essence of Riesling; chalky minerality, high acidity, a very clean and elegant wine, lime, green apple, white blossom. Excellent, and with upside.

A private dinner (Restaurant Visqué, Amsterdam, NL): Inimitable style, immediately recognisable as Klaus-Peter Keller, palpable chalky minerality, crystalline expression, succulent fruit, delicately waxy, tingling acidity in spite of the warm vintage, harmonious and energetic, grippy minerality, excellent stuffing of fruit, long and flowing finish. I would have scored it higher if the aromatic expression had been more precise and layered. For now it is a bit monolithic. It probably needs time. Drink 2028+?

PnP, seems like in the muted phase with less of the chalky mineral characters than expected, quite ripe, very good still. 92+
