Wednesday, April 10, 2013 - Aged meat and Aged Cabs (Mister Fister's, Chicago IL): Nose: Shows a richer side with tones of licorice, dark red cherries, vanilla, smoke, dark red berries, dark red fruits, and smoke tones. There is good depth to the nose, but it is bordering being overdone.

Taste: Full bodied with silky tannins and medium/low acidity. The tones of licorice, dark red fruits, vanilla, and smoke are on the richer side.

Overall: While this was on the bigger side, it did hold it fairly well. This did get better with air as it was wound up a bit at first.
