Thursday, February 6, 2020 - Louis Jadot 2018 Vintage en Primeur Barrel Tasting (Brasserie Margeaux - Chicago IL): Walk around tasting. From barrel sample that was assembled in the fall and shipped to the US then. Black cherry, cooked spice and raw meat. Very Gevrey with good power. Lots of baby fat here that needs to soften, but easily 90-91+ point potential.
