Tuesday, January 6, 2009 - Why do I keep trying this when it clearly needs a year or two? There's good material here but the oak is just a touch too prominent at this point. With extended aeration the oak went into to background providing just a touch of butter while the ripe, exotic tropical fruits came to the front. Distinct mango flavor on the finish.
