Saturday, February 1, 2020 - The bouquet opened with dusty rose and cedary spice, as notes of sweet strawberry and crushed stone developed in the glass. On the palate, I found a silky expression, contrasted by a core of minerals and spice, as crunchy, dark red fruits saturated the senses amidst pretty inner florals. It finished long, brooding, and structured, showing mineral and spice-infused tart berries and grippy tannin.
