Sunday, December 27, 2009 - Excellent classical Meursault, if not exactly awe inspiring. Beautiful light yellow color. Aroma of cold butter and citrus. Light in texture and weight. Clean, delicate in Meursault terms and a light touch of oak. It's young, with room to develop, but who would now take the chance to age white Burgundy?
