Really in great place, nice sweet floral aromas with stony mineral quality. Great density and clean quality. No rush to drink up, but likely at peak. Yummy

Served blind. This was really good. Hard to distinguish from the Mouchere except maybe with a little extra richness and complexity. A bit lean compared to the PYCM but this developed nicely with air.

PNP. I think this is drinking perfectly now. Buttery, hazelnut flavors with lemon, peach, and apple flavors. Seamless and extremely well balanced. Fruit has softened, but all the flavors are now well integrated. I have been drinking these over the past 5 years and not one has suffered from preoxidation.

Good rich full bodied, slightly less butter and more minerality as you taste, definite citrus providing some good acidity, but can't put my tongue on the other fruit...peach?
Drink 'em if you got 'em

lovely crisp wine with hazelnut, citrus and honey notes on the nose; great acidity in the mouth with a rich mid palette and a long finish; aging beautifully but ready to drink

Stunningly beautiful. Full, rich and creamy, yet light to the point of being ethereal and sporting a crisp citrus line of acidity. The nose is deep and complex with primary floral notes, honey, apricots and cream and secondary notes of vanilla and lemon zest. The palate is still bright and fresh despite the ten years, with the same floral and honeyed notes but also showing a surprising savory note reminiscent of toasted cinnamon, nuts, and even a slight truffly note. All this along a solid beam of crisp, creamy, bitter lemon-rind acidity. Simply stunning. This has a beautiful dichotomy between rich and crisp and full and light. This is only my second wine from this particular vineyard, but I am beginning to see why the call it "Les Charmes".

3 fabulous bottles after several indifferent/poxed ones. Lovely yellow gold colour with a gorgeously smooth but precise palate of yellow flowers, hint of unsalted butter and minerals. Not even a hint of pox!

Very deep, dark golden yellow. Classic hazelnut nose with good minerality. Excellent palate impression is rich and lasting, seems to sink into my tongue. Still light on its feet, especially on entry. A beauty. 5-13-17-7: 92/100

Nose is puts you in the Leflaive / Coche neighborhood and palate has white flower, gunpowder, minerals, and lemon cream. Ripe year weight without the acidty that I prefer, but still, a very lovely bottle.

OK..member for a couple of years and wine lover for many more. My first note and I don't feel as qualified as many who rate the wines -but here it is!! Soft nose but an obvious Meursault with quite pleasant lemon and Burgundy florals. Crisp and clean was my immediate reaction - definitely not held too long. Clear bright yellow. A very pleasing lemon/citrus taste with a good balance of minerals - I liked the structure. Not real complex but a solid wine and good QPR - $55 - that I will buy again (this was from Winebid) if I know it has been cellared properly. Through the dinner the nose developed strength.

Very pleasant and healthy white burg from a vintage which is turning south rapidly. Not too distinctive or impressive but did develop aromatically over a three hour period in the glass and deepened in palate impact. If it stays healthy another couple of years, it could become distinctly better.

Excellent classical Meursault, if not exactly awe inspiring. Beautiful light yellow color. Aroma of cold butter and citrus. Light in texture and weight. Clean, delicate in Meursault terms and a light touch of oak. It's young, with room to develop, but who would now take the chance to age white Burgundy?

Glad I saved half of this until day 2. Day one, a bit thin on the palate with wood showing. Not bad, but not what i expected. Day 2, it opened up with nice floral nose and much more fruit on the palate. save this one for a few years as it will get much better.

I had temporarily turned my back on Boillot because of the very oaky (if rich and hedonistic) village Meursault, but this is absolutely first-rate Meursault offering the full range of Meursault flavors including butterscotch, popcorn, hazelnut, grapefruit, pineapple, and minerals. Just stunning balance and length make this an easy recommendation.

A bit more oaky than the Chablis. Darker in color. High acid. Elegant. Quinine. Saline. Hazelnut. Nice combination of green fruit and nuts. Tasty.
