Friday, November 27, 2015 - Nose: The nose is somewhat muted, but still shows off an expressive side with black cherries, bacon fat, violets, tobacco, and leather tones.

Taste: Medium/full bodied with medium+ acidity and chewy tannins. There is definite youthfulness to this along with black cherries, raspberries, violets, bacon fat, and some leather.

Overall: This bottle is still showing very young. There is a deft balance to it with excellent depth to boot.
