Thursday, May 21, 2015 - Another bottle of this NV from a stash I bought years ago and aged in the cellar. Time has been kind to this NV. Opens with notes of apricot on the nose that soon settle into a more clear-fruited palate with slight buttered brioche notes. The bead is very fine, the palate is tapered yet very expressive with white and clear fruits, solid underlying acidity. Very nice clarity and focus. Very good.
