Monday, March 28, 2011 - Popped and poured. Color was dark red. Nose showed some reductive funk, which I like. There was some slight tar/burnt rubber that came through on the palate with the medium weight darker berry fruit. The whole cluster had an added dimension as compared to the Purisma but which I would not call vegetal or stemmy in a green way. Interesting and enjoyable wine.
