Thursday, September 21, 2023 - Decent zin after a while. This bottle had a prominent smoky blast right from the beginning. It settled down after about 30 minutes. A lot of dark fruit coming through. To our relatively novice palettes, it seemed a bit harsh at first. Was better later in the meal.
