Thursday, March 7, 2019 - One hour decant. Deep rosy magenta color. Plush dark fruit, evergreen, tulips and honeysuckle on the nose. Smooth palate with effervescent acidity and a sweet/tart quality. Firm, full tannins on the medium long finish. I think this had more air time the last time I tasted it. It’s drinking a bit young and is a little disjointed at the moment, but a terrific QPR nonetheless.
