Tuesday, April 4, 2023 - Pronounced palate with ripe red/black berries, salami, sweet quality oak. The taste is smooth and very balanced - tannins are velvety. A long finish with nicely charred wood, tobacco and ripe fruit. The structure opens up for further ageing, but the taste is damn good right now. Perfectly served with roasted lamb. Classic Guigal!
