Sunday, April 2, 2023 - Served completely blind to me. I thought 'wrong' new world style, but once the supplier told me that it was an European bottle I almost immediately said 'Bernard Magrez style and probably La Tour Carnet' which seemed correct: overripe fruits, wrong type of acidity and definitely a wrong type of bitter originating from an amount of new wood that would Robert Parker make proud... For me this is an undrinkable style. 78 is even a gentle scoring I feel (and I don't like the idea of putting your picture on a bottle...)
