Thursday, August 22, 2019 - Light red in color. 13.2% ABV. Pretty nose of red fruits, anise and tar. Medium body with exceptional acidity. Light and fresh with bright fruit in spades. Bing cherry, strawberry, earth, gravel and pepper on the palate. Medium length on the finish. Unique and delicious. I really enjoyed this served at cellar temperature. Best over the next 3-5 years.
