Friday, April 19, 2019 - Decent glass of wine. Consisting of two grape varietals I've never had before - Godello and Dona Blanca. The nose is quite fat creamy but the taste is driven by minerals and appears slender, straight and erect. When first smelling this wine, I would never had guessed that this wine in fact is made without any wood involved. Turns out this wine is aging aprox. 5 months on the residual remnants from the fermentation proces.
