Friday, January 16, 2015 - Tasted this at the 2006 Australian Shiraz Barossa Valley vs McLaren Vale tasting at Extra Space Boon Keng last night. This wine was pitted against the 2006 Elderton Shiraz Single Vineyard Command.

Wine is more balanced and integrated than the Command. Sweet, with refined notes of berries and plums. An advanced wine that is ahead of its time.

A likable wine, with a highly attractive and colourful label to match.
