Thursday, April 20, 2023 - Value Bordeaux. Needs 2h to open. Intense colour. Slight dark cassis, light barique with light alkohol in the nose. Ripe Cab-Sauvignon driven wine. Bone dry, slight bitterness, perfect for a meat or mediteranian dish. If compare with Oversee Cabs, it is more elegant and dry. No sweetness. 2018 was an extreamly hot Bx vintage. This is a ripe Cab-Sauvignon driven red with a cool climate attitude. Drink this red now or in the next 5-8 years.
