Saturday, October 30, 2021 - This was really quite nice. Nose was a bit tight at first but opened over a couple hours to show ripe peach, apricot, lanolin, straw, orchard blossom, and a hint of honey. Palate is fresh and vibrant with delicious fruit and mineral notes. The hint of sweet is there, but very pleasant.
