This was really quite nice. Nose was a bit tight at first but opened over a couple hours to show ripe peach, apricot, lanolin, straw, orchard blossom, and a hint of honey. Palate is fresh and vibrant with delicious fruit and mineral notes. The hint of sweet is there, but very pleasant.

Coravin. Pale lemon yellow; aromatic, bruised and fresh apple, slight honey, slight floral; palate is medium bodied, off dry but mostly to add body and not any significant measure of sweetness, medium acidity (a touch more would be great), stone fruits; medium finish. In one respect, certainly a little bit of youthful awkwardness, still enjoyable but coiled, flavors and aromas as expected and alternatively ethereal/elegant and at other times a bit plodding and flat footed. 90+, which is likely conservative but based on how it is drinking today, and I'll try to give my other bottle a few years. 2 hours air: Definitely more integrated, less of an awkward phase. Quite nice overall, though probably lacking the vibrancy of the best vintages.

Beautiful, complex, balanced. Acid, minerality, nothing cloying. Could have done with much more bottle age. Had with king salmon, grilled corn, and broccolini and carried it over into dessert of strawberries, peaches, and ice cream.

Another lovely bottle; hasn't moved much from prior; paired well with a red Thai curry.
