Saturday, September 17, 2011 - The 2006 Enchanted Path has really settled down since last year. It is of course still an over the top fruit bomb, but yet a little less obtrusive... The nose is pure blueberry, vanilla fudge and whipped cream with milk chocolate added. The palate is full and lush with a finish lasting some 50 seconds. The craziness is gone, remaining is a delicious Aussie fruit attack... Not for the faint hearted but lovely after dinner to some chocolate cake.
