Saturday, March 29, 2008 - Pebble Beach Food and Wine; 3/27/2008-3/30/2008 (Pebble Beach Resort, CA): Dark fruit on the nose with some eucalyptus. Refined palate with firm tannins and fruit forward-- curranrt in addition to plum, and blackberry. Long finish adding flint and leather. Not as approached as Carnival of Love at this point, but still very complex and interesting.
