Monday, August 4, 2008 - Popped and "shook", sat for 1/2 hour in bottle. Drank with grilled lamb lollipops, baked potatoes and asperagus. No matter what it was washing down or if it was drunk by itself, it had a slightly bitter finish. It might have gone away with more open time or a decant, we'll see tomorrow.
