It was nice, with fruit a bit muted, on open. (I prefer that now to the fruit bomb this was in its youth, so no issue.) Unfortunately the fruit further faded with some air, and it’s the heat on the back end that dominates as I sip it after dinner. I’m feeling a lot less guilty that I poured a half cup of this into the steak-topping mushroom sauce rather than open something cheaper (it did work great in the sauce!)
