Friday, December 18, 2020 - This could so easily be confused with an old world Syrah. Meaty and fleshy, smoky, red berries and blue berries, some floral elements with a clarly medicinal touch. Also somewhat earthy. Intense and full-bodied with more red type of fruit showing on the palate. There is tension. Tannin already ultra soft despite the youthfullness. Also fresh and lighter than you would expect. Really nice.
