Sunday, June 28, 2009 - Even after being open (but refer'ed) since Friday, this is still a full bodied wine. Lots of kirsch, deep rich scortched earth aromas and loads of substance. Of course the tannin has mellowed over two days, but still a wonderful wine to enjoy. I am so glad to have these--but will leave them in the cellar for 3-5 years. Should be a point or so of improvement as the wine matures.
