Friday, September 23, 2022 - Intense yellow color, almond and chalky scents, with a whiff of yellow fruits and honey. This is followed by an opulent, racy and complex mouth feel, full of sap, ending in a long and chiselled finish. I love how the rich yellow fruits swarm back over the chalk at the finish. This wine which is at grand cru level, has the potential to challenge any batard montrachet without a doubt, its impressive youthfull power and persistence is just amazing, outstanding value here, with many years of life ahead.
