Saturday, March 25, 2023 - Simple, affordable no nonsense Sangiovese. Decanted for 4 hours (just to be on the safe side). Black fruit with cherry, cassis and a soup on of mint. Well balanced with low tannin and a medium finish. Well worth the money and will buy again. Ate with bucatini and home made bolognese with truffle oil, liquid smoke and umami powder. Paired well!
