Saturday, August 22, 2020 - Shiny, medium lemon – petrol-forward in both the nose and palate, lemon, melon, white flowers, pineapple. Off dry, high acid, 11.8% ABV, medium body with a rich mouthfeel, medium finish. Paired nicely with Miso-Marinated Salmon.
