Sunday, May 14, 2023 - Decanted in Grassl Vigneron Decanter for an hour.

Pronounced nose with deep profile. Dark cherry, plum, bramble, dark currant and bilbery, dark roasted tea blend of oolong, pu-erh and ceyclon. New oak is noticeable from the charred wood, nee cigar box and light coconut sensation.

High acidity, somewhat rough tannins in the beginning, fruits are muted on the palate. Finish is smoother than the front palate. Long finish.
