  Decanted in Grassl Vigneron Decanter for an hour.
  
  Pronounced nose with deep profile. Dark cherry, plum, bramble, dark currant and bilbery, dark roasted tea blend of oolong, pu-erh and ceyclon. New oak is noticeable from the charred wood, nee cigar box and light coconut sensation.
  
  High acidity, somewhat rough tannins in the beginning, fruits are muted on the palate. Finish is smoother than the front palate. Long finish.

  Synes det kommer et lite alkostikk med litt temperatur i glasset.
  
  I munn synes jeg dog fruktkvaliteten er god. Men gir en klart varm finish.
  
  Virker ikke som vinen er så vellykket i årgangen. Jeg er litt slem og trekker en del for alko og varme.

  This got better over time. Think this was due to a combination of getting use to what it brought to the table as well as the additional air time. Decanted for about an hour before dinner and consumed over 3 hours or so. Initially there was a bit of a sauvage component - sort of muskiness on the nose and a hit of gaminess on the palate. I'm not a huge fan of this but it faded with time though it did not disappear. This did add some interest that I appreciated a bit more with subsequent sips. Also the nose added some really interesting flower and spice notes that blended better with time. I'd probably add a + onto the score. Not sure this is my exact style of burgundy I prefer so although I wouldn't mind trying another bottling in the future I'll probably prune from my buying list because I currently have too many others I'd rather focus my current energy on.

  Decanted for 35 min. Good nose of CM with strawberry, flower and welcoming. The palate is medium body, fruity with some mint. Still young but can enjoy now or a few year of cellaring
