Wednesday, December 22, 2021 - This wine is delicious! I didn't decant, just chilled the bottle to European cellar temperature. It has a lovely orange tint, possibly as a result of the 14 days spent fermenting along with the grape skins. Clean, almost oily mouthfeel; medium acidity and tannic presence. Aromas and flavors are astounding and complex: orange, white, and yellow fruits; white tea and honeysuckle; light notes of sandalwood; kumquat and yuzu. I like this in a Riedel Cabernet Sauvignon glass. Truly excellent wine.
