Wednesday, October 27, 2021 - Chateau Grillet Tasting + after.... (De Gustibus + Hutong): In the early vintages this is the one that I was least sure about. First most dominant for me was the alcohol. Came across as a bit hot. Flavor reminded me of an unripe peach. A bit of spice. Mild acid.
