Friday, December 31, 2021 - July 2018 disgorgement, 90% Avize Chardonnay, 10% Ambonnay Pinot Noir, 6.67 g/L dosage. A delicious rose, showing juicy strawberries and limes over a grippy base of chalk. I liked this better than the white Brut Prestige.
