Friday, November 1, 2019 - Side by side, Fonseca, Taylor Fladgate & Warre’s, the 2017 Warre’s shined brighter compared to others this evening. Deep purple almost black in colour, notes of spices, vanilla, tar, black tea, dark fruits with a never ending thick finish and not as sweat as the other two, this wine can be enjoyed upon release and age effortlessly for 5 decades maybe longer. I won’t be around by then to question that. My great grandchildren will be enjoying this wine maybe their children also. An incredible achievement, bravo!
