Saturday, November 25, 2023 - Nice fruit, with a little bit of sour cherry in the mix. Refined, well-balanced, long and lingering finish. Very tasty. Previous reviewer noted it "begs for salmon ...". So we popped it with some cedar-planked, spice-rubbed wild sockeye on the grill. We agree :)
