Tuesday, February 6, 2024 - Nose: Buttery toast. Taste: Initial blast of juicy red berries -- strawberry, raspberry. Followed by some subtle notes of earth, spice, and mineral. Light and pleasing. (Others have suggested a perfect pairing with salmon. I'd have to agree with this flavor profile, though alas not on the menu for us tonight.)
