Monday, April 3, 2023 - Pale Garnet with Medium aromas of game, red fruit, dried herbs, oak, perfume, and black pepper. Medium-intensity flavors of sour cherry, game, thyme, vanilla, and some savory notes. Medium plus finish with medium plus acidity and medium minus grain tannins. Very soft drinking wine with some warmth thanks to the 14.5 abv.
