Friday, July 21, 2006 - This bottle did not impress me the way other Vringys had in the past. Although rich and delicious it had a much more oxidized taste than I remember from previous bottles. The wine stood up well to shrimp with prosciutto, roasted garlic with blue cheese, and even tasted a little overpowering. I've liked this wine enough in the past that I'll try it again.
