Friday, September 28, 2007 - End of Summer BBQ (Seattle, WA): 36 months on the lees. Disgorged July 2006. I did not take any notes on this but I remember being intrigued by the color. Seemed a deeper darker yellow than most Champagnes I've had. Very lively bubbles. Smelled and tasted great.
