Monday, August 15, 2016 - My 1st 100% Pinot Meunier and I believe the 4th or 5th wine I've had from E-O. This was spectacular as the others. Brioche, herbs and slight white pepper, oyster shell and sea bed, citrus for days with an elegant mouth feel and with others improved and expanded with out getting flabby as it warmed up. Great starter but also killer pairing with heirloom and chard octopus salad and Coho salmon.
