Sunday, November 12, 2023 - Starting to come around to the view that Barbera really comes into its own at about the 5 year mark. The high acid starts to soften slightly at this point - just enough to really accentuate a beautiful round sour cherry and red plum fruit profile, rich mouth-filling silky tannin, A food-friendly delight!
