Monday, March 14, 2011 - Bouquet was nothing overly impressive, but this was a great Grenache, Carignan, Syrah Blend. For $7.99/bottle (in Colorado) it was pretty damn good cooking wine. Great spicy, full bodied flavor. Tannic backbone is a little weak, but at $8 that's a nit-pick. It still holds up pretty well to a variety of food.
