Thursday, February 29, 2024 - Oh my, the French do make some nice Chablis! This paired perfectly with Provençal chicken even at 6 years of age. I was afraid it would be oxidized but it has aged beautifully. Aromas of the ocean, minerals, and wet stone. Just lovely!! If it’s in your cellar don’t hesitate any longer.
